Demo: The Clinician View, Live Vitals and the EHR Hand-off

Same platform, same fleet, a different job. The manufacturer saw 120 devices across 10 organizations. A clinician at one of those hospitals sees only the devices and the patients assigned to them, because the platform scopes it rather than the interface hiding it. The video follows one patient from the dashboard to a report sent to an electronic health record.

What this shows

• Tenant scoping as a platform behaviour: the clinician sees only the devices and the patients that belong to their hospital, out of a fleet spread across ten organizations.
• A patient record combining clinical devices and a consumer wearable, with the last seven days per metric.
• Live vitals plotted against a real clock, arriving over MQTT from a device authenticated with its own certificate. Devices that are not streaming say so rather than showing a filled-in chart.
• An ambulatory profile that refuses to draw a conclusion when the sampling is too thin, and says why on screen.
• A clinical vitals report generated from hundreds of readings: normal-range compliance, key statistics, per-metric trends, a written interpretation, a report identifier, and a line stating it is a descriptive summary and not a diagnosis.
• The hand-off out: the report was accepted by an Oracle Health sandbox as a FHIR DocumentReference.
